PIANO B will takes every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data is only processed for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy “Storage limitation”, art. 5, GDPR and or according to the deadlines set by the law. We periodically verify that Data stored are effectively cancelled.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, review or request the deletion of your Personal Data stored. You also can request to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data, the portability, correction or revision of your Personal Data and revoke consent to any of our data processing activities. You can exercise your rights indicated above and other rights granted by GDPR, via email at amministrazione@pianob.it. However, if you have unresolved concerns you also have the right to complain to competent data protection authorities.

11. PROCESSING METHODS

Your Personal Data will be carried out automatically and/or manually, by specifically appointed internal subject in compliance with the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness and transparency set out in art 5 GDPR. Your Personal Data will be processed both in paper and digital form and will be held for the period of time necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

This Privacy Policy must not be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the domain owner’s internet sites, which are not to be considered in any way responsible for third party websites.
